6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1906. Designed by Charles M. Straub, it is clad in red-painted brick above ground-level storefronts. The center windows on both facades (both singles and doubles) have splayed stone lintels with keystones, while the outer windows have full stone enframements with pointed cartouche ornaments. The top-floor has horizontal brick banding, but the windows lack the lintels and enframements. The far right bay on both facades has been bricked-in. Both sides of the building are crowned by a green metal roof cornice with brackets, dentils and carved swag in the fascia board, and have a black metal fire escape. The ground floor is occupied by The Point knitting cafe, Cho's Grocery, and Trattoria Toscana restaurant.
