5-story office building completed around 1910, renovated in 1986 and 2007. The building is interestingly painted in sea-foam green and light peach. There are nine bays along the main Thompson Street facade, with the third from the north have smaller windows. The south elevation has a single bay and the north side has three. All the windows have stone sills and cornices. The corner entrance to the ground floor storefront is recessed and angled, with a small set of steps. There is a white tile band course above the 4th floors, and a simple roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Thompson's Finest Deli.
