255-foot, 18-storey modernist hotel completed in 2010. Designed by Perkins Eastman Architects P.C, the building features cantilevers, a light-grey stone & blue glass facade, terraced gardens, & an undulating, suspended sky lobby above the base; But hanging below the main tower. On the east facade, a large, blank concrete wall running all the wall up the building divides the windows bands into north & south sections. At the top, the southern half is set back, & a horizontal concrete frame extends out from the top floors @ the north to the building line on the south side. The roof of the base consists of lushly-landscaped terraces.

The hotel has 114 guest rooms and suites. David Burke Kitchen is located on the ground level, fronting Grand Street and Sixth Avenue. The hotel also features an indoor/outdoor lounge called Jimmy, with a rooftop deck and pool.
