6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1903. Designed by George Pelham, it is clad in red brick with stone ornamentation. The corner at the intersection is chamfered, slightly projecting, with one window bay facing each direction. These windows, and those on the 2nd floor have full stone enframements with keystones, except for one ornately-framed oval window on each facade. Above a stone cornice with a Greek-fret motif, the windows have large, eared stone lintels, with rounded pediments above some on the 3rd floor, and triangular pediments above some on the 4th floor. The 5th floor windows have simpler splayed stone lintels with keystones. Additionally, there is another oval window on each facade at the 4th floor, with a small rectangular window above and below, on the 3rd & 5th floors. White brick quoins frame the edges of these upper floors, and the top floor has horizontal stone banding as well, with stone lintels and keystones above the windows.

The building is capped by a brick parapet, and has a wrought-iron fire escape with basket-style landings on each facade. Since 1929, John's Pizzeria has been located on the ground floor, and today is also joined by Cones Ice Cream Artisans and Bleecker Farm grocery.
