6-story, red brick residential building completed in 1999. Designed by Stephen Jacobs, it has white concrete bands on the ground floor. There is a large 2-story window grouping at the south end of the Bleecker facade. Sections of the roof have metal mansards, with various dormers and skylights. New home of the acclaimed Murray's Cheese (est. 1940) on the ground floor, along with Ang Cleaners, Amy's Bread, and The Lobster Place.
