6-story residential building completed in 1903. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein, it is clad in red brick with white brick banding on the outer bays, and limestone ornament. The two center bays are recessed behind a black iron fire escape. The outer bays of the 2nd floor have full stone enframements with cartouches; the rest of the windows have splayed stone lintels with scrolled keystones. The building is crowned by a grey metal roof cornice with brackets and modillions. The ground floor is occupied by Quinto Quarto restaurant and Blue Ribbon Bakery Market (the Blue Ribbon Bakery Kitchen is just down the street at 31 Bedford/37 Downing).
