5-story residential building originally completed in 1888 as a 3-story tenement. Two floors were added in 1889. The facade is clad in orange brick, with full stone enframements around the center window of the 4th floor, and all three windows on each of the 2nd-3rd floors. The outer windows on the 2nd floor, and the center window on the 3rd floor have cornices. The center window of the 2nd floor has a triangular pediment, and there is a small, round stone balcony below the center window of the 4th floor. The top floor has round-arched above each window, and the building is crowned by a bracketed metal roof cornice.
