7-story residential building completed in the late 1800s. It is clad in buff-colored brick, with windows separated into two main bays. On the left side, each bay has three panes separated by thick metal mullions. On the right side, there are four panes, with two of the same thick mullions, and a narrow one in the center. The facade's three brick piers have horizontal banding all the way up, and there are brick panels between the floors, below the windows. The building is crowned by a prominent roof cornice with three large scrolled brackets, modillions, and carved swag in the fascia board.

The ground floor is occupied by Aurora Soho restaurant and a Subway restaurant.
