11-story hotel completed in 2011. Designed by Stonehill & Taylor with a red brick facade, it has six bays of large, square multi-pane window placements in a grid. The building has a 2-story pre-cast concrete base with rusticated piers; a metal and glass canopy extends over the entance. The hotel's facade is set back from the sidewalk. It has 86 bedrooms and suites, and is owned by Firmdale Hotels.
