5-story hotel completed in originally built around 1900 as an office building. The building was remodeled in a modern style and converted to a 28-room boutique hotel in 2005. It is clad in precast beige concrete, with a tilted diagonal scoring pattern facing Canal Street. At the corner are translucent, pale-green panels that also line the top of the storefronts along Lafayette. Air conditioning vents are incorporated into the lower left section of each window unit. The ground level is occupied by sunglasses, purses and other accessory retailers.
