6-story Beaux-Arts office building designed c. 1898 by Brunner & Tryon. It is clad in brown brick with horizontal rustications and limestone. There are stone cornices above the 1st, 2nd and 5th floors. The middle cornice has dentils and the higher one has modillions. There is also a copper modillioned roof cornice. The building has a chamfered corner facing the intersection. The windows on the two main facades are recessed between the brick piers, with spandrel panels of carved swag and dentils. At the 5th floor, there are curved stone pediments breaking the cornice at the corner and the end bays, as well as two in the center of the longer West Broadway facade, in addition to ornamentation on the piers, also seen on the top floor. There are five ground-floor entrances set under stone entablatures with intricately-carved enframements of round windows.

The ground floor was occupied Haus Nightclub but is now vacant.
