5-story office building completed in 1868. A later alteration, designed by George Edward Harding in 1888, created a tripartite window bay with iron mullions at the west portion of the beige brick facade to increase light in the loft areas. A historic fire escape fronts the tripartite bays and a black cast-iron cornice with brackets and modillions crowns the facade.
