5-story office building completed in 1868. It has a front facade of stone and cast-iron and a plain brick eastern side wall. The pilasters on the front facade have Corinthian capitals, and a white metal fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed roof cornice, broken by the fire escape.
