6-story office building completed in 1901. Designed by Robert Maynicke as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in limestone above ground-level storefronts that have been altered multiple times. The facade is divided into two triple windows in the center, with a large single windows at each end. Band courses run across the tops of the 2nd, 4th & 5th floors, with the center bays slightly recessed. The building is crowned by a bracketed roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Ricky's NYC skincare/cosmetics, and Broadway Downtown Pharmacy.
