4-story mercantile building completed in 1923, renovated in 1988. Designed by John B. Snook & Sons are a warehouse and office building, it is clad in beige-yellow brick. The ground floor has a doorway at the south end, a garage door in the center, and a smaller doorway with loading dock steps at the north end. A stone band course marks the base of the 2nd floor; each upper floors has three large industrial windows, framed in metal with stone sills. At the top, a stone band course is surmounted by a brick parapet, stepped up at the center and the ends.
