4-story mercantile building completed in 1876. Designed by Theodore A. Tribit, it has a white cast-iron ground floor capped by a modillioned cornice. The upper floors are clad in red brick; the windows have simple stone sills and lintels. Remnants of painted signs are visible above the 2nd & 3rd floors. The facade is topped by a black modillioned roof cornice.
From the 1940s the building contained the Artex Die Cutting Company, H & S Dairy Products, and Shelner & Company Inc., butter & eggs merchants for several decades. The ground floor is now occupied by Nili Lotan boutique.
