5-story Renaissance-revival office building completed in 1864. It is clad in white marble, with banded piers dividing the facades into sections of different widths. On the Broadway side, there are two 3-bay sections and a wider 4-bay section. On Worth Street, there is a single end bay on each side, with two 3-bay sections and a central 2-bay section. The 2nd-floor windows are round-arched, set within recessed segmental-arches. The rest of the windows are all segmental-arched, with the same recessed arches. Stone cornices separate each floor, some with modillions or dentils. Both facades are crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with paired brackets, modillions, and dentils. The ground floor is occupied by Neat Cleaners, a Subway restaurant, Master Shoe Repair, Sushein sushi, Steps Clothing Company, a Burger King restaurant, a gift shop, Arome Broadway Cafe, and Mr. Fashion.
