3-story mercantile building completed in 1900. It is clad in red brick, with bands of darker, vertically-laid brick above and below the 2nd-floor windows, and below those on the 3rd floor. The 2nd-floor windows are original 4-pane-wide groups in metal frames, with the center two bays separated by a mullion. The replacement windows on the 3rd floor are three panes wide, with wider center panes, and white-painted metal frames. The ground floor has been heavily altered with storefronts, but some original details remain, including a stone-enframed doorway on the far right with two scrolled brackets and a dentiled entablature; a pair of flat-topped brick arches near the center; and a small dentiled cornice at the right end. The roof line is capped by a stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by Fulton Supply Hardware, and R&R Coffee.
