7-story cast-iron Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1896. Designed by Silliman & Farnsworth, the building's ground story retains much of the original shop front, including narrow striated white cast-iron pilasters and address plate surmounting the door. The upper floors are divided into eight bays by white cast-iron pilasters, with decorative panels between the floors, and dentiled cornices above the 3rd and top floors. The ground floor is occupied by Magic Mix Juicery, NYC Yogurt, and Wanted Pizza-Rotisserie-Shakes.
