5-story residential building completed around the 1860s as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in white-painted brownstone above altered storefronts. The two bays of windows are segmental-arched, and grow progressively shorter at each floor. The facade is capped by a corbelled and modillioned blackk metal roof cornice with end brackets. A black metal fire escape runs down the right side of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by a Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins ice cream.
