4-story residential building completed around the 1860s, possibly as two separate buildings. At some point, the facade was resurfaced in smooth stucco, painted beige. and some of the window openings sealed. There are two iron fire escapes (one of which is very small) on the longer West Broadway elevation, and one on the Murray Street side. Both facades are capped by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and modillions. The ground floor is occupied by Saleya Indian restaurant, and Palermo Pizza.
