5-story residential building completed in 1854 as a store-and-loft building. It is faced is white smooth-stucco above a ground floor with cast-iron columns and a variety of brick, wood, and cement stucco infill. In the mid-1900s the wrought-iron fire escape was installed. The exposed eastern wall is faced with blank smooth stucco. Over the years the building housed a variety of hardware, cutlery, printing, and paint supply firms. It is now residential, with the ground floor occupied by the Patriot Bar. An angled neon "BAR" sign is affixed to the 2nd floor.
