4-story Italianate residential building completed in 1854 as a store-and-loft building. The upper floors are clad in brick, painted over in light grey. They each have four windows, with segmental-arched lintels. The ground floor has been altered numerous times, with various storefronts and infill. An iron fire escape runs down the facade, which is topped by a bracketed roof cornice.
Over the years, the building housed a variety of hardware, cutlery, printing, and automotive supply firms, including the B.F. Goodrich and the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in the 1930s. In the late 1980s it was converted to apartments.
