4-story Italianate residential building completed in 1857 as a store-and-loft building. The 2nd floor has been altered to a large set of show windows, but the brick-clad 3rd & 4th floors remain mostly unchanged, with three bays of segmental-arched windows, and a modillioned roof cornice. The facade is painted light grey. Over the years, the building housed a variety of hardware, cutlery, seed distributing, and sporting goods firms. it was converted to residential in the late 1900s.
