5-story residential building completed in 1933. The upper floors have double-windows in the center bay, and single windows on either side.All the windows have projecting stone sills with corbelled feet, and bracketed cornices. A roof cornice with scrolled brackets caps the facade. The ground floor was incorporated into the Barclay Tower project on the opposite side of the block, with an vehicular entrance cut through the ground floor to attach to the Barclay Tower parking garage.
