6-story Beaux-Arts residential building completed around 1900. Above a modernized storefront, the 2nd-5th floors have angled, projecting bay windows. The limestone outer piers join in a segmental-arch at the 5th floor, with a decorative cartouche in the center. The top floor has four bays of square-headed windows separated by Ionic columns and crowned by a projecting, bracketed metal roof cornice with carved fascia board. The ground floor is occupied by a Pret A Manger restaurant.
