The 3-bay facade is faced in light-grey concrete above a grey metal ground floor, with a recessed glass entry on the left and a garage door on the right. The upper floors have large windows separated by wide, dark-grey mullions, with metal vents between floors between the outer windows. The main roof line is at the 5th floor, but there are two penthouse projections, faced in darker grey stucco, near the middle of the building. The west elevation has four bays of windows, in two groups. Each group has a bay of single-windows and a bay of glass French doors fronted by metal railings.
