5-story residential building completed in 1882. The building has two separate entrances with separate addresses, joined behind a unified facade. It is clad in red brick with salmon-colored stone trim. The two entrances have metal-framed glass doors and transoms atop short sets of steps, accessed through gates in the iron fence that fronts the building. Projecting lintels on brackets top the doorways; on either side of each entrance are two narrow windows with flat lintels. Stone bands runs below the windows where there are bracketed sills, and join them at the shoulders.

The upper floors have eight bays of single-windows with the same flat, joined lintels and joined bracketed sills. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with console brackets, dentils, and panels.
