5-story residential building completed in 1885. It is clad in red brick above a black metal-and-glass storefront. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with white stone sills and eared lintels. White painted bands join the sills and the lintels at the shoulders. A white metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a bracketed white metal roof cornice. The south elevation is faced in white stucco. It has one bay of single-windows, and a light well with windows in the angled walls. The ground floor is occupied by Blue & Seafood Bar.
