4-story residential building completed sometime in the late 1800s. It is faced in red-painted brick on the top two floors, and white-painted stone on the lower two, which are very similar to the neighboring building to the east. Both have a large, plate-glass segmental-arched window with a wooded frame on the right, and a wood door on the left. The door has a glass panel in the center and a glass transom above. It is reached by a sideways-facing stoop of brick and stone with an iron handrail. There is a low, wide basement window next to the stoop. The 2nd floor has three bays of single-windows, set slightly lower than those on the neighboring building, and topped by pointed-arches.

The upper floors also have three bays of single-windows. They have white metal cornices, and at the 3rd floor they have white stone, projecting, bracketed sills. A red metal fire escape runs down the east two bays at the upper floors, with a white-painted, smaller landing at the middle of the 2nd floor. The facade is topped by a roof parapet with a white stone coping, stepped up at the ends and in the middle, where it forms a shallow peak.
