5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1883. It is faced in brownstone, three bays wide. The entrance is in the west bay, with a glass-and-wood door, narrow sidelights, and transom framed by projecting stone pilasters supporting a cornice. The door is approached by a long stone step that traverses the basement areaway to the left; there are two basement windows. The two windows to the left of the main entrance have full stone surrounds with bracketed sills and eared lintels with cornices. The upper floors also have matching surrounds. A green metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a white metal roof cornice with brackets, dentils, and panels.
