4-story residential building competed in 1884 as a townhouse. It is faced in pink smooth-stucco with light blue-green trim. It originally had a high stoop and parlor-floor entrance, but was remodeled with a ground-level entrance, converting the former parlor floor into the 2nd floor. The ground floor has a glass door to the upper floors at the left, and a metal-and-glass storefront on the right, both down a couple steps and covered by a sloped green canvas awning.

The 2nd floor has a band of four windows, while the upper floors have three bays of single-windows. A blue-green metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is crowned by a light blue-green metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Zoralie restaurant.
