5-story residential/commercial building completed in 1869 as a townhouse. In the early 1900s the stoop was replaced by a 2-story commercial storefront. The facade is recessed above the ground floor and clad in light-grey-colored brownstone. The ground floor is grey granite with a plate-glass show-window on the left, and a recessed glass door on the right. There is a metal railing above the ground floor enclosing the shallow terrace created by the setback to the upper floors.

The 2nd floor has two windows flanking a central glass door. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with stone surrounds, including bracketed sills. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels.
