9-story residential building completed in 1912. Designed by Schwartz & Gross, it is clad in beige brick above a 2-story, lightly-rusticated limestone base. There is a round-arched central entrance with glass double-doors, flanked by light fixtures and topped by a rounded, green canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. On either side is a commercial storefront. The 2nd floor has two small, square windows above the entrance; to either side is a single-window and double-window. Each of these has a low black iron railings at the bottom of the windows. The base is capped by a patterned band course with an egg-and-dart molding.
The upper floors have four bays of multi-pane windows with stone sills, and there are beige stone quoins at the edges of the facade. At the 5th floor the outer bays have balustered stone balcony railings carried on paired brackets. A band course crosses the base of the 8th floor, with baluster railings across each bay, projecting out at the middle bays where they are carried on paired brackets. The facade is topped by a simple roof parapet of grey stone with a diamond shape in the middle.
The west facade is clad in red brick, and both the east and west elevations have central light courts clad in beige brick. The west- and east-facing walls of the light courts have two bays of single-windows, and the north- and south-facing walls have a bay of double-windows and a bay of single-windows. The rear, south-facing facade is clad in light-grey brick and has two bays of tripartite windows flanked by end bays of single-windows.
The building contains 36 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Cash Zone Financial Center check cashing, and Myzel's Chocolate.
