The 2nd floor has a studio window in a simple molding. The 3rd floor has a tripartite window group divided by engaged, rounded columns with Corinthian capitals at a cornice that runs below the three arched windows and moldings that surmount the tripartite window. The ground floor is occupied by David Z shoes.
