161-foot, 11-story office building completed in 1914. Designed by Walter Haefeli, it is clad in brown brick above a 3-story base of dark-green cast-iron framed in a limestone border, divided into three bays. The ground floor has the entrance in the east bay, with glass double-doors to the right of a plate-glass window, both below a large transom. The middle bay has opaque glass panels, and the west bay has a freight entrance with black roll-down metal gate and a black metal service door below short plate-glass windows. The bays are divided by iron columns on stone bases, decorated with double-X patterns. The 2nd & 3rd floors have three windows in each bay, separated by slender rounded colonnettes that also divide the paneled spandrels between floors.

The upper floors have three slightly-smaller windows in each bay, with narrow, projecting brick pilasters between them. All of the openings on the 6th floor, and some on the 9th floor, have been filled in. The top floor has stone piers and pilasters, with beveled, stair-stepped edges, above decorative stone spandrels. The facade is crowned by a projecting, brown metal roof cornice.

The west elevation is clad in dark-brown brick and has two bays of single-windows. The exposed upper part of the east elevation is clad in red brick, with one window opening.
