5-story residential building completed sometime in the late 1800s, at the same time as the three buildings to the south. It is faced in yellowish-beige painted brownstone, just two bays wide, above a wood, glass, metal, and multi-colored tile storefront. There is also a glass door to the upper floors at the north end. The windows on the upper floors are set in brown-painted, segmental-arched, full stone surrounds with bracketed sills. A brown metal fire escape runs down the north bay of the facade, which is crowned by a dark-brown metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels.
