7-story modernist residential building completed in 2012. Designed by Hugo Subotovsky Architects, it is clad in banded and painted pre-cast concrete; most of the facade is white, with red highlights. The ground floor has a beige metal service door and the main entrance with a glass door and sidelight at the west side, in a recessed area covered by a black metal canopy. The east half has a double-window.

The upper floors have four bays of double-windows. The concrete piers between windows are painted red at the 2nd floor; and the spandrels and piers between the windows are painted red at the 3rd-4th floors. The 5th-6th floors are the same, except that the center pier is white instead of red. At the top floor only the two piers separating the outer two bays are painted red. The facade is capped by a metal coping.
