5-story Renaissance-revival cooperative-apartment building completed in 1895 as a tenement. It is clad in grey brick above a beige stuccoed ground floor, with orange-brown terra-cotta trim. There is a small stoop with low sidewalls leading up to a red metal-and-glass double-door and transom framed by brown pilasters with ornate foliate patterns and Corinthian capitals. On either side is a large window with a brown-painted, tall lintel and keystone, above basement areaways behind iron fencing. A brown band course caps the ground floor.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with simple sills and splayed lintels with keystones. There are brick quoins at the edges of the 2nd-4th floors, and the 5th floor has round-arched windows with paneled end piers and carved pilasters between each bay. The arched windows also have keystones, and a band course runs below the top floor. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with brackets and dentils.
