7-story modernist residential building completed in 2001. Designed by Avinash K. Malhotra, it is clad in orange brick. The long facade is set back from the sidewalk behind a basement areaway (or "moat") and black iron fence with brick posts topped by pre-cast stone pyramids. At the basement level, brick walls with concrete tops divide the areaway into bays (17 bays total). There are bridges spanning across at the far eastern bay (where there is a metal service door), at the 6th bay from the east (the main entrance), and at the 6th bay from the west (another metal service door and a small square window).

The main entrance has glass double-doors and sidelights, and there is a stone band running across the top of the ground floor. Above the entrance there are tripartite windows at each floor, with metal vents below the center pane. To the east of this bay, each floor has alternating bays of double-windows and tripartite windows. There are also metal vents below the double-windows, but not incorporated into the window framing like the tripartite windows are. To the west there is a double-window bay, two tripartite window bays, two double-window bays, two tripartite window bays, two more double-window bays, another tripartite window bay, and an end bay with double-windows.

The roof line is capped by a brick parapet and metal coping. The building contains 112 apartment units.
