A series of four joined 5-story Neo-Grec rowhouses completed together in 1883. The uniform facades are clad in brownstone, rusticated at the ground floor. Three of them have a central entrance with glass doors atop a small stoop. Flanking these are large windows, and No. 311 also has a glass door with a small metal stoop inserted next to its east window for a small storefront. The western building has its entrance shifted to the east, with a wood-and-glass storefront to the left. Flanking the stoops are basement areaways enclosed by iron fencing. Each of the entrances is covered by a brown clamshell canopy.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with full stone surrounds. Three of the facades have red metal fire escapes running down their middle bays, and a black metal roof cornice crowns the full ensemble, with console brackets, dentils, and panels with roundels. The ground floor at No. 311 is occupied by W.B. Cleaners, and No. 315 by Red Ink Tattoo.
