6-story office building completed in 1918. Designed by Albert Kahn, Thompson & Van Dam, it is clad in limestone. The wedge-shaped building has six bays along Broadway, with storefronts at the ground floor and paired windows on the upper floors. There are two bays with a narrow end bay at the east end on 54th Street.

The building is now vacant and was purchased by Extell Development in 2015, where it is expected to be replaced by a new 60-story tower.
