6-story Art-Deco warehouse completed in 1917. Designed by Joseph C. Cocker, the building is clad in beige brick (painted light-grey at the ground floor) and divided into two matching (except for the ground floor), mirror-image halves, the west one situated slightly lower due to the slope of the street. The ground floor is topped by a dark-blue band on both halves. The east half has metal service doors at both ends, framed by projecting brick piers topped by stone segmental-arches. Inward of these doors are narrow recessed areas, the west one with another metal service door, and the east one with metal louvers at the top half. There are four bays in the center; the eastern one having a roll-down metal gate, and the other three (two of which are narrower) having been replaced with red-metal-and-glass garage doors. The ground floor at the west half has the recessed main entrance near the end, with glass-and-metal doors under a metal canopy. In 2017 bright red metal panels were installed on the facade at this section, extending up through the 5th floor. To the left are two loading docks, the first one wider. There is a small metal service door at the west end, and two more service doors east of the loading docks. Most of the ground floor here has a pattern of projecting bricks.

The upper floors have two single-window bays in the middle of each half, flanked by wide bays of four windows, and end bays with single-windows. At the west half, the wide bays at the 2nd floor have been filled in with beige stucco (except for a small, square window at the east end of each). All of the window openings have stone sills, brick lintels, and multi-paned, translucent industrial windows. The brick spandrels between the end bays are decorated with stone diamond shapes, and those between the wide bays have small stone squares with X-braces.

A dentiled band course sets off the top floor, which has four separate bays of single-windows replacing the wide 4-window bays seen below. The roof parapet has detailed brickwork and is topped by a metal coping above a row of dentils. At each half, the end bays project upward to a rounded pediment with a medallion in the center, and in the centers the two middle bays extend up to a false 7th floor, with two more windows, triangle shapes on the three piers, and a parapet top that steps up toward the center.
