7-story modernist residential building completed in 1986. Designed by Seymour Churgin, it is clad in red brick, six bays wide. The ground floor has the main entrance, with glass double-doors, next to a metal service door, in the 2nd bay from the west. A rounded, red canvas canopy covers the entrance doors, extending out over the sidewalk. The other bays have windows with iron grilles and white stone sills; there are triple-windows in the end bays, and the 3rd bay from the east; the others have double-windows.

The upper floors have the same layout of windows, except that the triple-window bays project out beginning at the 3rd floor, with the west pane (and brick spandrel below) angled at the eastern two bays, and the east pane angled back at the western bay. There are black metal air-conditioning vents below all the windows. A metal coping caps the roof line, broken at the triple-window bays, where there is a recessed area above the projecting windows at the top floor. The side elevations are clad in plain red brick with no openings. The building contains 29 condominium units.
