6-story residential building completed in 1927. Designed by George G. Miller, it is clad in beige brick, with the ground floor painted light-grey. There is a central entrance with a recessed glass door and sidelights under a rounded, green canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. The entry is framed by brick quoins, with a rounded, paneled pediment above the canopy. To the west there are two bays of single-windows, a smaller window bay, and an end bay with a double-window. To the east are two single-windows, a double-window, and a service door at the end. All the ground-floor windows have iron grilles. The ground floor is topped by a band of patterned brickwork.

The upper floors have a central bay of double-windows (divided by black iron mullions), flanked by two bays of paired windows. The windows all have stone sills and brick lintels, and except for the center bay, they have brick quoins. A pair of beige metal fire escapes runs down the facade near the ends. The facade is capped by a brick roof parapet with patterned brickwork and a stone coping.

The building contains 65 apartment units.
