5-story commercial building completed in 1910. The 13-story office building attached to the Ed Sullivan Theater wraps around this corner building. It is faced in beige smooth-stucco, with modern metal-and-glass storefronts on the ground floor. At the west end of the south facade, the entrance to the upper floors has glass-and-metal double-doors atop a single step, framed by beige fluted pilasters with a broken pediment on top. There is a circular projecting canopy at the southeast corner at the top of the ground floor.

The upper floors have seven bays of double-windows on the east facade along Broadway. On the south facade there is one bay of double-windows at the west end, with two bays of small windows to the right, and another bay of single-windows at the east end. A tall, projecting vertical sign for the Late Show With Stephen Colbert, filmed next door, is mounted to the southeast corner. The ground floor is occupied by Food City Cafe, and Hen Penny chicken restaurant.
