6-story modernist residential building completed in 2004. Designed by Max Siegel Associates, it is clad in beige brick. The ground floor has four bays of slightly-recessed wood, metal, and glass storefronts, narrower at the east bay. The 2nd floor has a band of four windows in the west bay, five windows in the middle bays, and a triple-window in the east bay, each bay with a brick sill.

The upper floors have recessed French doors at the ends (wider at the eastern bay). Next to the recessed openings at the west end are double-windows with a main pane and a narrow side pane. In the middle of the facade one bay has a tripartite window and a wider double-window (with a main pane and a narrow side pane), and the other bay has a tripartite windows and another recessed area with French doors. All the French doors open onto narrow balconies with metal railings. The roof line has a crenelated parapet with stone coping.

The building contains 24 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Turkuaz restaurant, Hide-Chan Ramen restaurant, Flowers by Richard, and Broadway Comedy Club.
