6-story residential building completed in 1987. Designed by Robert J. Barton, it is clad in brick - predominantly red, but with beige and black mixed in. The ground floor has a stone-and-glass storefront on the west side, and a glass door and sidelight on the left that lead to the upper floors.

The 2nd floor has four bays - the outer bays have air-conditioning vents below the windows. The west-middle bay is wider than the others. On the floors above, the middle bays are taller, with a double-window on the right, and a glass door on the left, opening onto a projecting concrete balcony with metal railings. The ground floor is occupied by New Paradise Men's Spa.
