4-story residential building completed in 1880. It is clad in red brick, three bays wide. The entrance is in the east bay, with a modern glass door and transom. The two tall windows to the left have white metal grilles. A brick band course sets off the upper floors, which have windows in each bay with two vertical panes above a bottom pane. They have white stone sills and flat white lintels. Air-conditioning vents are cut below the west window on the 3rd & 4th floors. The facade is crowned by a white metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels.
