4-story mixed-use building completed in 1872 as a townhouse. It now houses Clinton Veterinary Center on the ground floor, with offices above. The facade is clad in white-painted brick. The ground floor has a narrow entrance to the upper floor on the right, with a glass door up a couple of steps. To the left is a plate-glass window and glass door covered by a brown canvas awning.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with brick sills and grey-painted stone lintels. Air-conditioning units have been cut below the west window at each floor. The facade is crowned by a grey metal roof cornice with brackets, modilllions, dentils, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Veterinary Eye Center.
